Indicate enthusiasm and a youthful and hip vibe by incorporating exclamation points and more casual language.

If you sell things a buyer is likely to use right away once they receive it (like clothing, accessories, and food), you may want to send this message only two days after delivery. But if you sell electronics, it may take buyers longer to feel like they are ready to review a product, and reaching out two weeks after delivery may make more sense. The default send date is set to 3 days after the purchase date, but you may customize this to suit your needs and inventory type, i.e. by SKU number.
